Returns
All returns must be requested within seven (3) days from the date you receive the order. All returned items must be in new and unused condition, with all original tags and labels attached.
Return Process
To return an item, please email customer service at [email protected] to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging, and mail your return to the following address: Viveni, 3rd Lane, Rajasinghe Mawatha, Kothalawala, Kaduwela, 10640.
Please note, that you will be responsible for all return shipping charges. We strongly recommend that you use a trackable method to mail your return.
Refunds
After receiving your return and inspecting the condition of your item, we will process your exchange. Please allow at least fifteen (15) days from the receipt of your item to process your exchange.

After approving a return request, we will send the customer a link to pay for their new shipping fees. This will be done after the customer returns the purchased item to the warehouse.
